At the scene, there are no hard drugs found but they did find prescription pills for anxiety and depression.
A source told TMZ that law enforcement also found a COPD drug in the house. COPD is short for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease. The drug found is often used for people who have emphysema or chronic bronchitis.
Earlier that day, Perry had played pickleball for two hours at the Riviera Country Club. When he came home, he went into his hot tub and that is where he was found by his assistant.
His death is being investigated by LAPD’s Robbery Homicide Division. Foul play is NOT suspected at this point, but cops say it is standard procedure for high-profile cases like Perry’s.
