Rob Kardashian Could Face Legal Ramifications over Explicit Photos of Black Chyna on his Instagram

rob kardashian faces legal issues over revenge porn postings of Blac Chyna Instagram has shut done the official account of Rob Kardashian this week over some explicit photos he posted of his on again off again girlfriend and mother to his child, Blac Chyna.  The photos depicted Chyna half nude with the claims that she was cheating on Rob while they were in a relationship. As more photos were posted, Rob made more defamatory claims against Chyna. Rob went on to claim that he purchased her hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of jewelry and that he paid for weight loss surgery after the baby was born. He also said that Chyna is also abusing drugs and alcohol.  Chyna then shot back with her own accusations about Rob’s infidelity during their relationship.

The feud started with one explicit photo that Rob posted with the claim that Chyna sent it to him while she was sleeping with another man. The caption said, “This is from Chyna yesterday to me. I never been so disrespected in my life. I just bought her 250K of jewelry yesterday. This woman is so disrespectful and I don’t care.”

Chyna, never one to let drama go, then took to her Snapchat with the claim that Rob beat her. Her Snapchat post said, “Rob u did all this but u beat me up and try act it never happen !!!!! U put hand on me I swear on god !!!!! On my kids but I’m supposed to be quiet because you’re a Kardashian (sic)”. The post has since been removed. She also posted photos of herself wearing the diamond encrusted jewelry that Rob has purchased for her.

The feud began to spiral out of control when Rob posted an Instagram video of Chyna kidding another man and staring into the camera. He then added the caption, “Hahahaha Chyna just sent me this video saying happy 4th of July what a crazy person. Come spend time with your daughter instead of f***ing me and then this dude right after. U need help”.

His Instagram posts then got very lengthy and very personal. He made claims that, “Lol so she f***** me then [Rarri True] then this dude in 3 days. With my daughter and her son in the house in my bed haha and my paid house. Damn this woman is crazy.” He also made claims that he was worried that Chyna might have given him a venereal disease and that she slept with about 8 other men while they were together. He then called out some of the men he believes she slept with and also that the reason why she continues to stay with him is because he pays all of her bills. He called her an unfit mother and said that she did not want his daughter to be raised around such a bad influence.

His posts were up for about a half of an hour before Instagram shut down his account. He then moved on to Twitter to continue to air out dirty laundry. He continued to make the same claims that he made on Instagram. The most defamatory tweet says that the only reason why Chyna even had a baby with him was to get back at her ex Tyga for being in a relationship with his sister, Kylie. The tweets are still up and he has yet to post any of the same explicit photos that he put on his Instagram.

There has been talk of potential legal repercussions based on the fact his posts could potentially qualify as revenge porn. California has very strict laws when it comes to revenge porn and Chyna’s  attorney Walter Mosley released a statement, “I am exploring all legal remedies and protections available to my client at this time in attempts to best advise her on how she may want to proceed.”

It’s so hard to keep up with who is back with you and who is breaking up in this family. For obvious reasons, it pays to keep the rumor mill churning, and we are sure that momager Kris is working overtime to keep as much of her stable in the spotlight. With Kim out of commission after the Paris robbery, Kourtney and Khloe need to pick up the slack. Kourtney and Scott have been pretty quiet lately so looks like it is time to get back into the tabloids.

People Magazine is the source reporting on the latest rumor regarding their relationship. They reported that the couple was seen hanging out poolside in swimwear during their weekend getaway to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Kourtney and Scott  jetted to Mexico via JetLux and stayed at The Cape hotel with their children. People’s source said that, “Scott set it all up and [it] was a way to try and make things work again with Kourtney. He surprised her and whisked her away on this trip.”

The E! Network, which we are convinced is solely controlled by the Kardashians, also reported on the story. The article claims that Kourtney dumping Scott was the best thing that ever happened to their relationship. She broke up with last summer after being together on and off for the last 9 years. Scott’s hard partying ways did start to taper off after the split and Lamar Odom’s overdose prompted him to take a step further by admitting himself into rehab.

Now he is working very hard to get back with Kourtney. He has recently claimed during an episode of Keeping up with the Kardashian’s that he was still reeling from the death of his parents, whom he lost within three months of each other between 2012 and 2013, and that he felt really alone. He has been struggling to be a dad and good husband and he acknowledged that he let them all down. He has been seen putting in a lot of time with the family at various events over the last 16 months. It appears to be working because Scott and Kourtney seemed really close on that Mexico vacation.

Is Is possible that the robbery was as fake at Kim’s butt injections? In a bombshell report, The Huffington Post released a report that claims that Kim confessed to the production crew of the show that she faked the entire robbery to benefit her show. The post that stated this confession has since been deleted by the publication.  As a result of Kim’s confession E! stopped production on KUWTK, and canceled the show shortly thereafter.

Starcasm.com has revealed that the Huffington Post story headlined “The Alleged Stunt That Backfired And May Cost Kim Kardashian Her Career.” has been removed from their website. The story was archived by the gossip blog Fameolous, and is available at this link. The story alleges that Kim confessed that the robbery was an elaborate ruse in order to boost ratings of Keeping Up With The Kardashians. Though the show is in Season 12 and it averages approximately two million viewers per week, it remains unclear as to why this elaborate stunt was needed in order gain exposure . In addition, in February of 2015, the Kardashians signed a four-year, $100 million contract with E!.

For now, E! hasn’t released a statement addressing these allegations and hasn’t stated whether the show is completely done.

blac-chyna-435Oh snap, we are so glad that Rob is back in on the spotlight because both he and Blac Chyna are bringing the drama. This time it’s over the fact that the Kardashian sisters conveniently forgot to invite Blac Chyna to a baby shower that they had planned for Rob. As revenge for the faux pas, Rob released Kylie’s phone number on Twitter to all his followers.

At first, some of his followers questioned whether Rob’s account had been hacked but he assured everyone in a tweet that it was him who released the number. “Kylie’s #….I ain’t hacked either this is rob dog lol,” the tweet read, along with several laughing emojis. There are some confusion as to why Rob would do that to his sister. He then answered that question by tweeting, “Didn’t invite the Mother of my child to a baby shower you were trying to throw me !!? You all must have lost your damn mind.”

Anyone who follows the Kardashian drama knows that Blac Chyna has not had an easy road lately when it comes to keeping the peace. One day they seem to all be getting along and then the next day they are mortal enemies. Keeping up with it all the beef can be so confusing, you need a flow chart to keep it all straight. But we are pulling for these crazy kids, there is something that feels just so right about these two being together.

Kim and Khloe Kardashian have reputations for dating athletes and then those athletes go on to watch their careers fizzle into the toilet. After that the Huston Rockets, who were a playoff contender the year before, saw a lot of fighting amongst players and a decline in team performance overall.

Khloe even caught a kiss on camera for Snapchat. They were seen at the Rockwell Nightclub in Miami dancing and sucking face all night. They were hot and heavy and sources inside the club claim that they arrived with a group of friends, including Lebron James. Earlier in the evening they went to dinner with sister Kourtney and a group of friends at Zuma. They haven’t publicly stated that they are a couple yet but all the pics and snapchats from that night are pointing towards that direction.

We don’t begrudge Khloe getting out there, but I think the Kardashian’s have a enough history with the destruction of pro-athlete’s careers to prove that the Cav’s should be very worried. But we wish the couple all the luck in the world because Tristan’s career is going to need it.
