MTV Introduces its Five New UK Teen Moms
Hold onto your hats Teen Mom fans, the show is heading across the pond to England to follow a whole new set of teen moms. MTV UK finally caught on to the fact these teen moms are a cash cow for their American counterpart. The new show will premier in November and will follow 5 new teen moms as they navigate through the trials and tribulations of being a teen mom. The Ashleys Reality Roundup did some investigating into the latest batch of moms and here is some background info on each mom.
Megan Salmon-Ferrari– Is the youngest of all the teen moms on this show. She became a mom at 17 to her adorable son Mckenzie born in October 2015. After discovering she was pregnant with her son Mckenzie, Megan moved into a camper. She is currently engaged to her baby’s father, Dylan. She is described as “loud and bubbly” and according to MTV UK.
Chloe Patton- She also became a mom at 17 to her son Marley born January 2016. Her baby-daddy, Jordan Edwards, is still in the picture. She has struggled since giving birth. Chloe, once an aspiring actress, has dealt with severe postpartum depression which has affected her daily life and her goals. She is an A-student with aspirations to travel the world.
Naomi Konickova– She also became a mom at 17 to her daughter Kyanna. It appears that she is not with the baby’s father but it is not confirmed. She is currently living at home with her mother and works as a make up artist.
Amber Butler– Her son Brooklyn was born February 2015 when Amber was 17 years old. She is a single mom and it remains to be seen if the father is involved or not with their child. According to MTV UK, Amber is “mature and responsible”.
Mia Boardman- She became a mom at 19 to daughter Marliya born in April 2016. According to MTV UK, Mia is a “drama queen”. She enjoys singing and dancing. Former Catholic school girl Mia is still with baby- daddy Manley. Manley has another young daughter from a previous relationship. She was born eight months before Marliya.
