Everyone’s favorite fake rich person allegedly fell ill during questioning at a hearing to determine if he has the cash to pay for an uber expensive watch and bracelet that he conveniently forgot he owned money on.
Tyga just paid out a huge settlement to an old landlord and now a celebrity jeweler has hired the same lawyers to collect on his $200k debt. The man with the vendetta is Jason of Beverly Hills. He claims he got screwed out of some the money when Tyga stiffed him in a 2013 jewelry deal for the blinged out watch and chain. Jason went to court and got a $200,000 judgment against Tyga and now the jeweler is still not getting a straight answer.
At the hearing Tyga was pretty accommodating, telling Jason’s lawyer, Boris Treyzon, about his income and what he owns. However, when Treyzon started grilling Tyga about various gifts he’s given Kylie (which have all be documented on Kylie’s social media) he started feeling extremely ill, lost memory and became confused, telling the lawyer he just couldn’t go on.
Tyga is between a rock and a hard place. Kylie has documented each of the “gifts” he has given her on social media and it appears like he is loaded with cash and spends it on lavish gifts for his reality star girlfriend. If he admits that he has the money, then he admits that he can pay the $200K but if he claims that he doesn’t have the money, the Kylie looks like a liar on social media and he looks broke as a joke.
The hearing has been rescheduled for November 1st 2016. That is also the day that Kylie is set to testify in the case.
